Preparation
- Sit on seat and grasp handle bars. Select "quick start"
or enter program.
Execution
- Revolve arm crank.
Comments
- Adjust height of arm crank shaft to shoulder height. Adjust
length of crank to allow elbow to extend, yet opposite arm to
remain just in front of body. Intensity can be altered by resistance
and speed (revolutions per minute).
