Jump Rope: Alternating Hop Side Swing

Instructions

Preparation

Grasp jump rope handles on each side. Initiate side swing alternating side to side.

Execution

Hop onto one leg, same side as swing. Hop on other leg, same side swing. Continue jump and swing pattern hopping side to side.

Comments

Intensity can be altered by increasing speed of pattern.
