ANOTHER EXAMPLE OF THE SYSTEM: This pupil has paid particular attention to lung and chest development for the past twelve month, and is an example of the success of the system.   CHEST DEVELOPMENT: This pupil shows splendid arm deveolpment for six months' exercise, and is now starting chest development.   DEVELOPMENT AND IMPROVEMENT: This pupil has made the following improvement in development in six months. Increase: Chest, 4.75 inches; upper arm, 5 inches; forearm, 2.5 inches; waist reduction, 3 inches. Other improvements in proportion. WHAT FOUR MONTHS WILL DO: This Chicagoite has followed the system four months, and shows remarkable development of all muscles.
