Raw hemp seeds on cherries, blackberries, blueberries, and raspberries.
Baked vegetable cracker or savory cookie: kale, carrot, roasted pepita, onion, lemon juice, olive oil, sea salt, garlic.
Beet chips.
Roasted Seaweed lightly seasoned with sesame oil and sea salt.
Freshly squeezed vegetable juice from slow masticating juicer (typicaly not this messy). May include kale, chard, spinach, dandelion, wheat grass, carrots, beet, ginger, etc. Small amounts of fruit may be added to off set bitterness of some vegetables.
