Diana is the host of "Hitch Fit Radio" and star of her own video series "Fit Dreams Come True with Diana Chaloux". Diana resides in Kansas City, MO where she provides one on one personal training and competitor posing clinics. Most recently, Diana has teamed up with top trainer and fitness model Micah LaCerte in the launch of the new Hitch Fit program providing training, nutrition and life coaching worldwide at www.dianachaloux.com.

In addition, McGraw Hill asked them to contribute to a PFI training book. The Twins have also had several photo shoots with Muscle & Fitness and Flex magazines and have appearance in Oxygen Magazine. Coach Rodden is the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at MidAmerica Nazarene University in Olathe, Kansas. Whitney had served as the Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at Kansas University (2002-05). She is a highly successful competitive Olympic style weightlifter with remarkable technique. Coach Rodden has been a demonstrator and coach at state and national events. She is a member of the USA Weightlifting, National Strength & Conditioning Association, and National Athletic Trainer's Association.

Dariusz Garko currently serves as Fitness Director at Printing House Gym in New York City. He has been involved in sports/fitness training for last 20 years and program design for last 13 years. Garko started his athletic journey in Poland at age 15 when was recruited by a semi-professional soccer team. At age 16, he incorporated weight training, Olympic lifting, and kettlebells into his regular athletic training. Garko later earned his Master Degree in Sports & Recreation in Krakow, Poland; combining Eastern European philosophy with American fitness culture. He is a national caliber snowboarder ranked near 12th in the country within his age division. Luis is a lifetime natural bodybuilder and has been lifting seriously for since 2004. He currently competes as a WNBF Pro Bodybuilder, and won the heavyweight class at the 2010 California Natural Nationals pro show. His interests include traveling, hiking, sculpture, scuba diving, rock climbing, snowboarding, and the occasional bungee jumping.

Mr. Philpot is currently the Acting Center Executive/ Health and Wellness Director at Quality Hill YMCA in Kansas City MO. Sam has been a long time competitive body-builder/ powerlifter/ and now Olympic Weightlifter. In 1981, he won the Mr. Teenage Kentucky. Sam holds numerous regional, American and World powerlifting records, 8 regional titles and 2 National titles. He holds State Powerlifting titles and records in Kentucky, Alabama, Georgia, Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi, Colorado, Kansas and Missouri. Sam has recently qualified for the National Olympic Weightlifting Championships.

Tracey has been a lifetime drug-free resistance trainer/bodybuilder since 1990. He earned his bachelors degree in Biochemistry with an emphasis in exercise physiology/metabolism. Karen ran her first marathon at age 50 in Honolulu, Hawaii. She has a strong conviction that personal training is vital to achieving goals whether in the fitness world or in the professional arena. Karen maintains staying fit and healthy is one of life's precious gifts which has allowed positive outcomes in the marathon, triathlons, and other competitions of her past. A couple years later, he continued to play professionally for the Reading Football Club until age 23, when his career was struck short by a severe electrical accident. Officer Harding currently works as a Hotel Management Officer for Princess Cruise Lines. Even years after recovery and rehabilitation, Sam continues to play soccer recreationally at a high level.

Mario has been working-out since he was 14 years old.
