Diet Description |
|
This is the screen you see when you first enroll in DietPower.
The row of buttons at the top is your gateway to all of the program's
features. (You can change your Home Screen to display a graph
of your Body History.) |
|
Before adopting a diet, you can read what the diet will be like.
This example is for a person who wants to lose weight at a moderate
pace. |

Food Log |
|
DietPower starts by asking your name, age, height, and special
health concerns and interests. These help the program set up
your files and begin customizing your nutrient requirements. |
|
To record meals, simply drag foods out of the dictionary at the
top and drop them into the list at the bottom. You can also do
"what-ifs" by watching the color-coded nutrient window
that opens when you click a food. |

Although it already lists 11,000 foods under 21,000 names, the
Food Dictionary will let you add an unlimited number of your
own, by keying in information from labels. |

|
You can also add as many recipes as you like, complete with directions
