About the Author

Lashaun Dale is certified by the NSCA, Yoga Tune Up, and the CHEK Institute, among other organizations. She specializes in core conditioning, youth fitness, yoga, and balance and flexibility training. She teaches group and private classes and offers workshops, seminars, and master classes worldwide. Lashaun is the national creative manager of group fitness at Equinox fitness clubs and represents Team Body Bar. She holds a degree in international relations, philosophy, and applied anthropology and an MPH from the School of Public Health at Columbia University. A regular contributor to media publications such as Self and Women's Health and Fitness magazines, Lashaun is committed to inspiring all generations to exercise and live healthy and to be happy. She splits her time between New York City and Whitefish, Montana, where she lives with her husband and young children.
