My Workout Trainer allows you to set your preferences in the user profile. You can set My Workout Trainer to use pounds or kilograms, and inches or centimeters.

In addition, My Workout Trainer allows you to set a body fat percentage goal. When calculating your body fat percentage, My Workout Trainer will show your current body fat percentage and how many pounds of fat you need to lose to achieve your goal.
