Instructions
Preparation
- Instruct participant to sit on floor or bench and place arms
to behind hips. From behind, grasp participant's wrists, positioning
them downward and close together.
Execution
- Continue to raise participant's arms upward behind their
body. Hold stretch.

- Participant's wrists must continue to face downward. See
