Preparation
- Sit on floor or mat and cross lower leg over thigh of straight
leg.
Execution
- Push knee toward floor. Hold stretch. Repeat with opposite
side.
Comments
- Hand nearest foot can be placed be behind on floor so torso
can be reclined back slightly. The alternative method (pictured
low right) involves placing the straight leg on top of the the
bent lower leg. Knees are placed closer together.
