Instructions
Preparation
- Sit on side of thigh on floor or mat with knees bent. Position
bent knee of upper leg behind foot of lower leg. Position chest
facing floor with both hands on floor; arms somewhat extended
and torso nearly inline with upper thigh.
Execution
- Turn chest and front of pelvis further toward floor. Hold
stretch. Repeat with opposite side.
Comments
- Alternatively, upper leg maybe extended straight inline with
torso.
