Instructions

Preparation

Sit on platform facing adjustable handles. Spread legs apart and place inside of legs on outer surface of padded stumps. Straighten knees, grasp handles, and sit upright.

Execution

Straighten back and pull legs further apart by pulling on handles. Hold stretch.

Comments

Keep legs and back straight.
