Instructions

Preparation

Sit on floor or mat and place outside of flexed leg on floor. Over that leg, position opposite leg with foot flat on floor and back of heel against shin.

Execution

Bent torso forward. Hold stretch.

Comments

Other heads of hip adductors can be stretched if knee of upper leg travels out to side during stretch.
