Instructions

Preparation

Stand with feet far apart, toes pointed 45° outward.

Execution

Lunge toward one side. Allow foot of straight leg to point upward with heel on floor. Hold stretch. Repeat on opposite leg.

Comments

Keep back straight during stretch. Gracilis is stretched on straight leg.
