Instructions

Preparation

Lie on floor or mat and with one leg straight and other leg bent approximately 90 degrees out to side.

Execution

Lower bent knee beside straight leg. Hold stretch. Repeat with opposite side.

Comments

Body may be reclined with support of arms as demonstrated (lower right). Also see Seated External Rotator Stretch.
