Instructions

Preparation

Lie supine on floor or mat. Bend knees and place feet flat on floor.

Execution

Bring both knees and hip to one side. Hold stretch. Repeat with opposite side.

Comments

Keep both shoulders on floor or mat. Allow foot of top leg to rest on foot of lower leg. Arms can be extended to sides.
