Instructions

Preparation

Sit of floor, mat or bench. Place heel on floor, mat, or bench with bent knee upright. Grasp under greater toe.

Execution

Pull greater toe toward shin. Also allow foot to be pulled toward shin. Repeat with opposite leg.
