Preparation
- Bend knees slightly and bend over lever handles with back
straight. Grasp parallel lever handles.
Execution
- Pull bar to waist. Return until arms are extended and shoulders
are stretched forward. Repeat.
Comments
- Closer grip increase lat involvment by emphasizing shoulder
