- Stand and grasp dumbbells with arms to side, palms facing
sides of thighs.
Execution
- Pull dumbbells up to sides of ribs with elbows out to sides.
Lower and repeat.
Comments
- When dumbbells are raised, wrist can be flexed, extended,
or keep neutral.
