Lever Standing Hip Extension

Instructions

Preparation

Lie on bench with knees legs over pads. Align hip joints with lever fulcrum. Strap hips down with belt. Extend both hip with feet toward floor.

Execution

Raise one knee by flexing hip. Return to original position by extending hip. Repeat with opposite leg, alternating between sides.

Comments

Hamstring remains in active insufficiency through movement since knee is significantly flexed and hip does not flex beyond 90 degrees.
