Cable Underhand Pulldown

Instructions

Preparation

Grasp cable bar with a underhand grip. Sit with thighs under supports.

Execution

Pull down cable bar to upper chest until elbows are to the sides. Return until arms and shoulders are fully extended. Repeat.
