Lever Pulldown

Instructions

Preparation

Sit on seat. Reach up and grasp handles with wide overhand grip.

Execution

Pull levers down to sides of shoulders. Return until arms and shoulders are fully extended. Repeat.

Comments

Range of motion will be compromised if grip is too wide. See Lever Pulldown performed on alternative apperatus. Also see exercise with parallel grip.
