Lever Seated Twist

Instructions

Preparation

Adjust range of motion setting on arm levers to one side. Sit on seat with feet on platform. Position arms between pads and grasp handles above to each side.

Execution

Rotate torso through waist to opposite side. Return and repeat. Adjust range of motion setting to opposite side and repeat in opposite direction.
