Preparation
- Lie supine on bench. Dismount barbell from rack over upper
chest using wide oblique overhand grip.
Execution
- Lower weight to mid-chest. Press bar upward until arms are
extended. Repeat.
Comments
- Range of motion will be compromised if grip is too
