Preparation
- Sit in machine with back on pad. If available, push foot
lever until padded lever moves forward. Place forearms on padded
lever. Position upper arms approximately parallel. Release foot
lever.
Execution
- Push levers together. Return until chest muscles are stretched.
Repeat.
