Instructions
Preparation
- Place arms in shoulder harness. Face away from weighted sled
in starting sprint position.
Execution
- On start, rapidly accelerate leaning body forwared with heels
off ground. Stepping forward as rapidly as possible.
Comments
- Although upper body assists in propelling body foward, only
articulations significantly affected by greater sled loads are
noted.
