Cable Incline Shoulder Raise

Instructions

Preparation

Sit on seat and grasp stirrups to each side. Push stirrups out at 30º to 45º until arms are straight and parallel to one another.

Execution

Raise shoulders toward stirrups as high as possible. Lower shoulders down and back and repeat.

Comments

Keep arms straight throughout execution. For convenience, exercise can be performed immediately after warm up on Cable Incline Chest Press.
