Preparation
- Mount a shoulder
width dip bar, arms straight with shoulders above hands.
Step down onto assistance lever. Keep hips and knees straight.
Execution
- Lower body until slight stretch is felt in shoulders. Push
body up until arms are straight. Repeat.
