Preparation
- Grasp stirrup cable attachment from behind. Place hand with
cable behind neck; palm toward neck and elbow positioned upward.
Execution
- Extend arm upward. Return and repeat. Continue with opposite
arm.
Comments
- Let cable pull arm back to maintain full shoulder flexion.
