Lever Close Grip Incline Bench Press

Instructions

Preparation

Lie on incline bench. If available, push foot lever until lever is within grasping range. Grasp handles with shoulder width grip. Release foot lever.

Execution

Press lever until arms are extended. Return weight until wrists are at side of chest. Repeat.

Comments

If foot lever is available, push it before releasing grips.
