Preparation
- Sit on seat. Push foot lever down with foot and grasp lever
handles from behind. With lever handles behind neck, place both
feet on supports or floor.
Execution
- Push lever handles up overhead until arms are fully extended.
Return and repeat.
Comments
- When finished push foot lever down, release handles, then
release foot lever.
