- Sit and grasp cable stirrup. Rest forearm on thigh with palm
facing down and with wrist just beyond knee.
- Raise stirrup by pointing knuckles upward as high as possible.
Return until knuckles are pointing downward as far as possible.
- Do not allow elbow to rise. Hand may be placed under wrist
(as demonstrated) to offer stability and to maintain horizontal
orientation of forearm.
