Preparation
- Rotate handle over and under so the handle is in slightly
downward position toward thighs. Grasp handle with thumb ups
grip so fist is pulled up under resistance.
Execution
- Bend wrist so pinky side of fist is pulled down. Return to
starting position and repeat.
