Sled Grip

Instructions

Preparation

Stand in front of apparatus. Grasp bar grips with one hand; fingers around far bar and base of thumb around near stationary bar.

Execution

Squeeze bar grips together until far bar makes contact with nearest bar. Release to original position and repeat.
