Sled One Hand Pinch Grip (plate loaded)

Instructions

Preparation

Place hand around horizontal surfaces; fingers along lower surface and thumb on upper surface.

Execution

Pinch surfaces together until lower part makes contact with upper part. Release to original position or just before surfaces become too far apart. Repeat.
