I need to modify my workout to avoid squats and deadlifts. The lower two vertebrae L4 and L5 are pinching the nerve that controls the upper thigh, buttox, and lower back so I can't do squats or DL or anything that puts the spine into compression. I am getting it fixed by chiropractor but don't want to undo what he is doing, so the below are the exercises I'll be using:

Leg day:
Walking DB lunges
DB calf raises

Shoulder day/
Front raise
Lying side lateral raise
Standing side lateral raise

Back day
Pullups
Chinups
DB rows

Chest day
Flat bench
Decline bench
Close grip bench
DB FLIES
