I need to modify my workout to avoid squats and deadlifts. The lower two vertebrae L4 and L5 are pinching the nerve that controls the upper thigh, buttox, and lower back so I can't do squats or DL or anything that puts the spine into compression. I am getting it fixed by chiropractor but don't want to undo what he is doing, so the below are the exercises I'll be using:
Leg day: Walking DB lunges DB calf raises
Shoulder day/ Front raise Lying side lateral raise Standing side lateral raise
Back day Pullups Chinups DB rows
Chest day Flat bench Decline bench Close grip bench DB FLIES
