Hmm..well... I am kind of disappointed I didn't get to run today after school. I forgot my running shoes! I have to be at work at 3...so...no run for me, today or tomorrow! What a rip!

It was a good day of working out for me...

Started off with weights-

Deadlifts- 3X9- 225 lbs
Calf Raises- 2X10- 265 lbs
BB Bench Press- 2X8- 175 lbs
BB Incline Bench- 2x8- 145lbs
BB bent over row (underhand grip)- 2x8 145 lbs
BB upright row- 2x8 115 lbs
BB close hand bench- 2x8- 145 lbs
BB curls- 2x6- 85 lbs

Also I swam for a long time...I did 50 laps in my folk's pool, which is about 35 feet long. so 100x35=about 3500 ft I guess
