Wow, after reading some of the other logs I’ve realized that some of you are very advanced lifters. I’d appreciate and comments or constructive criticism anyone would like to give.

What are your goals/priorities? Are you training primarilly for asthetics, strength, general fitness, etc.?

I guess I would say general fitness is the priority. There a lot of components with in general fitness, I think. As such, my priorities are functional strength, aesthetics, and cardiovascular health, in no particular order.
