GVT always sounded so simple and yet brutal.

Just to make sure I understand, you rest 60s after A1, then 60s after A2, then go back to A1? It's not a no-rest superset between A1 and A2?

You got it right A1, 60s rest, A2, 60s rest, A1 etc.
Then I rest a few minutes to set up the rest of my exercises and then I do B1, 60s rest, B2, 60s rest, B1, ...
