This is gonna be a bit of an uphill battle..
Why?

For that matter, BW+70 is already pretty heavy, and it's not one of your main lifts. Just wondering.

Well, I just want to maintain my strength on these....I'm not looking to progress and I won't be doing these all that often either...like once every 2-3 weeks at the most.

So on the 455, did it seem to you like the weight swung forward just slightly?
And, what is the purpose of the 1x7 at 385 at the end?

This is going to sound ignorant from me, but it appears you could be pulling more if the bar was closer in.

On the 455 I switched my Over/Under grip. Normally, for all warm-ups all the way till I hit 475, I use Right Under Left Over. Then, with the truly heavy sets, I shift to Right Over Left Under. When I moved to 455 I switched back to Right Under Left Over and that cause some swinging - I wasn't prepared.

The 385 is a back-off set. It's to make sure the last set I do isn't a sloppy one. Too much heavy work always results in some sacrifice in form....the last set (back-off) is to ensure a good high quality set.

When you say bar closer in...what do you mean? Closer in to my shins?
