hello,

I would like to ask if someone knows the difference (nutrition- & performance-wise)
between a typical 100% Whey protein and the following one:

which has 4 components such as
Caseine 69%,
Milk-concentrated 15%,
Milk-Isolated 10%,
Albumin 5%

The 100% whey is for before and after workouts. The other is for hardcore bodybuilders to take before bed.

I am in a rehabilitation period after a rotator cuff surgery/arthroskopy and I want somehow accelerate the recovery and the strengthening of the Supraspinatus tendon/muscule.
I will start physiotherapy next week.

which of those two proteins will be more helpfull?

when you say: "The other is for hardcore bodybuilders to take before bed."
does it mean that a hard core bodybuilder can use the 100% whey protein before and after the workouts and the 4 component one before bed?
Can he/she use two different proteins?

They contain the same stuff, just different mixes of it. You can certainly take different kinds of proteins (different mixes) at the same time.

I wouldnt worry much about the recovery. The PT should be plenty as long as you are getting decent amounts of protein in your diet. Taking more is not really going to boost your recovery of such a small muscle by much. I would put more energy into doing exactly what the PT tells you and be honset with him about your progress so he can do his job.

Yea, supplements aren't going to matter much because you're not going to be lifting heavy. Eating right and doing your PT is all you need.

yes of course, i will be very disciplined with the PT.
after 4-6 weeks of kynisiotherapy and physiotherapy i will certainly need bodybuilding exercises to further strengthen the rotatory cuff muscles.

could you probably recommend a set of exercises for this purpose.
of course i will get my doctor's approval first.

I just warm them up a little at the beginning with cuban press and another thing where I just kind of raise my arms going forwards all the way up to where my hands are pointed straight up. Just 1 set of each is all you need to get those muscles loosened up and get blood flowing into them. Arm circles are also good. Doing 2 or 3 warm sets for chest and back helps too.

do they really help a shoulder dislocation rehab?
To what extent do they aid in repairing and rebuilding cartilage?
