Just saw this on the Today show. The FDA has fined 4 companies for fraudulent and mislading claims in their marketing of their weight loss supplements. More companies are expected to follow.

What gets me is that I thought Cortislim was using PS (phosphatidylserine -sp?). Now, that is and has been known to be a cortisol blocker, or blunter, however you look at it. I've used it for years as a recuperation aid, and it does fine in that category, but have NEVER heard of its use for fat/weight loss.

You don't watch enough TV then. Their adds have been all over the place. I think they ran into trouble for making medical claims. You have seen the astrick statement "These claims have not been proven by the FDA." I don't think they included that statement on their claims.

I am glad they are finally doing something about that. So many people are fooled by that stuff.
