There is so much conflicting information and suggestions out thare on the Web.
There are bulking phases
Cutting phases
Carb cyling
And more
But what do you do? What has worked best for you?

I don't really follow any one particular diet. I like to follow general guidelines and tweak it as necesary, meaning adding calories for weight gain, cutting a few out for fat loss. Dr. Berardi sums it up best in this article, and is pretty much what I do.

Those are all for different goals. It depends on what you want to do. My diet for bulking and cutting are vastly different.
