I want to know which foods have healthy fats and complex fats --
and what should be the proportion of fat/protein/carbs ?

Most of this is covered in the stickies above.
As far as ratio's go, there is just too varied opinions on what the "best" ratio is.If you follow the GENERAL GUIDELINES by Berardi in the sticky of the same name,it would probably break down C-40-60%, P-30-40%, F-20-30% leaving ALOT of room for leeway. The ZONE, which is similar, gives C-P-F of 40-30-30
The list good foods is just way to lengthy. I suggest you go to a bookstore and get a reference for food breakdown and nutritional listings, or do a search on the internet for a good site with food breakdown nfo.
