Also, a tip for shopping in the supermarket. Just go around the perimeter and into the froz foods section. Start in the produce, through the deli, into the meats/poultry/seafood, thedairy and bakery might have some items you could use, milk if you drink it, cottage cheese, yogurt, maybe some wholewheat bread (the real stuff , not that fluffy brown garbage), and canned and frozen veg are always good. Watch the canned fruit though, most are full of that high fructose corn syrup stuff. Some of the grains (brown rice, bulgar, spelt, oatmeal, etc.) can come in handy, as can some legues; beans, peas. Just watch quantities when your eating them.
