Is there a good vitamin-by-vitamins, mineral-by-mineral "RDA" for someone with a hard training lifestyle?

I'm trying to evaluate my combination of foods I'm eating and supplements I'm taking to see if I'm missing or overdoing anything. I know the US government RDA is out there, but it's not exactly aimed at athletes or folks trying to get strong. "Minimum" isn't what I'm looking for so much as "optimum" although I know that's more individual. I've looked and found individual recommendations but I'm hoping for a one-stop list of everything and how of it I'd need a day.

ironmaiden, anyone else?

Peter

Thanks. I was wondering where that went since it wasn't stickied, and I didn't find it browsing this subforum...forgot about that "good enough to keep" subforum.
