Is there a good Fat Burner shake or pill that would increase the amount of fat I am burning, I just take whey protein now when working out but I'm not sure what's the best way to go.

Thanks

FISH OIL? How does fish oil burn fat and is it in oil or pill form?

Fish oil is supposed to raise your metabolism. You can take it by the spoonful if you like the taste. Most people take capsules. I don't remember the exact amounts but a few grams of fish oil is supposed to add about 400 calories a day to your metabolism so it should simultaniously encourage fat loss and muscle production. This is according to what I read in "The Metabolism Advantage" by John Berardi.

There are other proven benefits, so all I can say is that it certainly wouldn't hurt. I take 4 capsules of fish oil and 4 tbs of flax meal each day. Flax is cheaper than fish oil. It must be the Scottish blood.

I just looked over all those products and was wondering, is it safe to take more than one of these supplements at a time? and also if taking one a good hour or so before a workout, should I still consume my normal protein shake?

You will be fine taking those. You probably won't even feel them while you are on them. Maybe the caffeine depending on your sensitivity but there will be no problems.

To add to what I was saying, with these supplements you won't notice extreme fat loss. They will boost it an extra 5-10%. What I've found in my personal experiance is that caffiene helped decrease appetite. Cravings wern't strong or occured at all.

There are other supplements that you can use for fatloss but they are potentially dangerous and are illegal. (Clen, T3, Albu, DNP)

caffeine is an awesome metabolic boost, and really cheap. Usually can stack it with sesamin/fishoil for a solid stack. Stay away from the stuff with ridiculous named products in all caps, or miracle fat burner 4000% crap. bulknutrition.com "sorry, not trying to plug their site, just give somewhere to go" usually will have great cheap bulk supplements of these things - like 5-8$ for caffeine bulk, 15$ for fish oil, and sesamins usually like 20$. That should last you 3 months worth of servings, easily.

I was also wondering, is there a protein pill or anything of the sorts that can replace a solid whey protein shake? The shakes I can deal with it's just I'd rather have something a little easier.

You can take liver pills.

http://www.worldclassnutrition.com/ul40beefliv.html

Be careful of over consumption of vitamins like vitamin A. The extra vitamin B may keep you awake at nights if you take it late in the day.

Usually the volume of protein needed is such a quantity that pills are impractical. Powder makes the most sense from a practicality point of view. Another factor is that protein in a drink may be absorbed easier than in a pill.

There are ready to drink shakes that may be more convenient. They're more expensive though.

Green tea, aside from many other health benefits, seems to have some effect in burning fat. The effects are subtle, but given the health benefits of green tea, it's worth adding to your regimen.

ECA on two week terms supposedly works well but I haven't taken it personally.

I thought they banned ephedra a couple of years ago. As long as you aren't into the more is better mindset, ephedra is great. It's just like having a couple of esspresso's. Overdo it and you're asking for problems,
Tim
