BCAA
BCAAs (Branched Chain Amino Acids) are very popular among bodybuilders, these are a group of 3 amino acids that are the most potent ones for muscle building & repair, or in other words they are the most anabolic AAs. These AAs are Leucine, Iso-Leucine, & Valine. Best if this is used with B-Complex also there should be a 2:1:2 ratio of these AAs (L:I-L:V).
I pulled that from my AA thread. These are the only ones you even want to consider supplementing. The other you get plenty of. You can find BCAAS in nutrition stores pretty much anywhere.
All AAs are neccisary since they are the building blocks of pretty much everything but supplementing isn't required for any of them.

I also have a question about Slow and Fast burning carbs. What is a good assortment of each and when should fruit be eaten (time of day)?
'Fast burning' (you mean dextrose?) you want 60g immediately after lifting with 15-20g of protein.
'Slow burning' you would want to eat during the day with meals.
