I've just found a site which has very, very good info about food and their nutritional value:
Nutrition Data

I haven't seen it before on this site so I think it'll be helpfull.

Nutrition Data is a bit more useful than Calorie King and WH Foods, in my opinion, because it's got the very complete information of WH Foods and the unhealthy foods of Calorie King. Sometimes I need in-depth information on a food but WH Foods doesn't consider it healthy or just doesn't list it.

Wouter do you know if you register if you can use ND as a food journal? I'm using FitDay right now, but if ND will do the same thing it does - allow me to track everything I eat and record it - it's got more actually useful information on the foods it includes...

I think the only thing I ever have to look up nutritional information for is mall food and chilis/tgifridays/olive garden/applebees. I tried guessing on a spinach and tomato stromboli from sbarro's today, and i was about 300 calories off from its actual value, though luckily i guessed 300 high :)
