100 g is OK for maintenance but if you're trying to get ketogenic you need to reduce further. You may have to look at your fruit and veg selection to avoid those higher in carbs like bananas, apples and squash. Normally these are OK in moderation. Of course grains, potatoes and legumes get cut first. Also you should be only looking at net carbs. Deduct the fibre from your total.
Currently I am bulking, I don't think I am trying to get ketogenic but I'm not quite sure what that is ( a quick search makes it sound like a cutting diet). Roughly all of my carbs come from whole grain bread, grapes, milk (in coffee), and red beans. How would adding peanuts be?
